SENATE BILL NO. 58 "An Act relating to workers' compensation                                                                    
and transportation network companies; and providing for an effective                                                            
date" was read the second time.                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Senator Stoltze, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on                                                                   
page 981. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection.                                                                
There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                                                        
58(STA) "An Act relating to transportation network companies and                                                                
drivers; relating to transportation network company and driver

automobile insurance; relating to workers' compensation for horse                                                               
carriage services and transportation network company drivers; and                                                               
providing for an effective date" was adopted.
